Spring Smoothies – Just what you need!





Now the weather is beginning to get warmer, selecting fruits, vegetables and herbs to eat becomes much easier than it was during the cold, dark winter days!

So we decided that that we would set you up for a vibrant and energised Spring with these delicious smoothie ideas.


 Coconut Strawberry Swirl    

Fresh Healthy Smoothie Made Berry Fruit

6 fl oz coconut milk

1 cup fresh strawberries

2 tbsp flaxseeds

1 Greek yogurt, vanilla or coconut flavor (5.3 oz)

½ tsp stevia (1 packet)

1 cup ice cubes

Super Green Smoothie

6 fl oz unsweetened almond milk

1 medium apple, cored and quartered

1 orange, peeled and halved

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 cup fresh spinach

¼ cup high-protein granola

2 cups ice cubes

 Blueberry Blast Smoothie                

Berry and mint smoothie with oats and honey - healthy breakfast on a wooden table.

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

½ banana

¼ cup rolled oats, dry

2 tbsp raw almonds

½ tsp stevia (1 packet)

1 cup frozen blueberries
